The Ecology Center San Juan Capistrano hosts their Packing and Planning A Seasonal Lunch Farm to Fork Cooking Class Sunday June 12 2016.

The Ecology Center Packing and Planning A Seasonal Lunch Cooking Demo is from 11:00am thru 2:00pm.

The Ecology Center farm to fork adult cooking classes teach you how to prepare dishes using seasonal produce found at your local farmer’s market or grown in your own backyard.

The Ecology Center Class begins with a sensory exploration of The Ecology Center’s orchard, veggie, and herb gardens, and end with the preparation and enjoyment of a meal together.

Joint the Ecology Center for this hands-on cooking class to learn how to create fresh, delicious, and sustainable lunches for school, work, or a day at home.
