Grist and Toll is a local flour mill that sources the best and most delicious grain and mills in small batches in a purist’s manner on an authentic stone mill.
Grist & Toll is located in Pasadena and works with a number of local chefs and growers to cultivate a high quality, intentional product.
As Los Angeles’ only urban flour mill, Grist & Toll is a very unique business that challenges the status quo of large commercial flour companies.

Community Table is a unique experience that’s part farm-to-table dinner and part education, where you will enjoy delicious local food and meet the rancher/farmer and chef who are responsible for the making of your meal.

Join the Ecology Center at the sustainable table for a one-of-kind dining & educational experience and support a positive future!

A portion of your ticket to Community Table supports the creation of a new sustainable cookbook that features recipes from the dinner and complete background and stories about the ingredients.

Community Table chefs and farmers will share tips to help us bring the philosophy of farm-to-table into our everyday.

The Ecology Center is located at 32701 Alipaz Street in San Juan Capistrano.
