The Laguna Beach Heritage Committee meets Monday July 18 2016 at 6:00pm.
The Committee meets at Laguna Beach City Council Chambers.
City Council Chambers are located at 505 Forest Avenue.
The public is encouraged to attend.
Proposed Discussion Items Include:
205 High Drive – The applicant requests that the Heritage Committee review and provide recommendations for Design Review for alterations to a “C”-rated property listed on the City’s Historic Inventory.
A historic assessment has been provided.
31722 Scenic Drive – The applicant requests that the Heritage Committee review and provide recommendations for Design Review for alterations to a “C”-rated property listed on the Historic Inventory.
A historic assessment has not been provided, however it is recommended on the Draft Inventory that the property be downgraded to a 6Z.
