The Ecology Center Summer Delights Cooking Class is from 11:00am thru 2:00pm.
The Ecology Center farm to fork adult cooking classes teach you how to prepare dishes using seasonal produce found at your local farmer’s market or grown in your own backyard.
The Ecology Center Class begins with a sensory exploration of The Ecology Center’s orchard, veggie, and herb gardens, and end with the preparation and enjoyment of a meal together.
Joint the Ecology Center for this hands-on cooking class to learn how to utilize the abundant and diverse harvest of summer and create delicious, fresh foods.
