San Diego Gas and Electric (SDGE) is reporting a power outage in Dana Point Tuesday evening August 9 2016.
The power outage began at 6:36pm.
SDGE is reporting that 4652 customers were without power.
San Diego Gas and Electric has restored power to parts of The Dana Point Lantern District at 8:00pm.
819 Customers are still without power in Dana Point.
SDGE is estimating that power will be restored by 11:30pm August 9 2016.
SDGE reports that they have determined that a combination of factors has caused a problem in the electric system.
It is being reported on Social Media that a pole was down in the area of Pacific Coast Highway and Blue Lantern.
