The Laguna Beach Design Review Board meets Thursday September 1 2016 at 6:00pm.
The meeting will be at City Council Chambers located at 505 Forest Avenue.
The public is encouraged to attend.

The applicant requests design review and a coastal development permit for a 5,895 square-foot single-family residence with an attached 870 square-foot three-car garage and guest room in the R-1 (Residential Low Density) zone.
Design review is required for the new structure, covered parking, stringline violation, skylights, elevated decks/terraces (547 square feet), grading, retaining walls, pool, spa, water feature, air conditioning units, landscaping and construction in an environmentally sensitive area (oceanfront).
