South Orange County Water Quality Improvement Plan public workshop is at Laguna Hills Community Center.
Laguna Hills Community Center is located at 25555 Alicia Parkway in Laguna Hills.
The meeting will be in the Heritage Room C from 1:30pm to 3:30pm.
The goal of the WQIP for the South Orange County WMA, also referred to as the San Juan Hydrologic Unit, is to further the Clean Water Act’s objective to protect, preserve, enhance, and restore the water quality and designated beneficial uses of waters of the state.
This goal will be accomplished by a planning and management process that identifies the highest priority water quality conditions within the WMA and implements strategies to achieve improvements in the quality of discharges from the MS4s.
