The Committee meets at Laguna Beach City Council Chambers.
City Council Chambers are located at 505 Forest Avenue.

The Laguna Beach Heritage Committee Work Includes:
Evaluations of alterations to historic structures
Requests to place structures on the Historic Register
Recommendations of properties for Mills Act contracts

222 Ocean Avenue- The applicant requests Heritage Committee review and recommendation to the City Council for a Mills Act contract.
The property is listed as an “E” rated structure on the City’s Historic Register.
