The City of Laguna Beach to purchase land located at 302 Loma Terrace. This land will allow the City of Laguna Beach to continue normal Water District Operations.

Laguna Beach City Council Closed Session: Conference Regarding Real Property Negotiations (pursuant to Government Code section 54956.8): two items – Price and terms of payment for possible purchase of property interests at (1) Bartlett Center (853 Laguna Canyon Road); property owner is Gary Sauter; representative is John Pietig, City Manager; and (2) Art-A-Fair/Tivoli Too (777 Laguna Canyon Road); property owner is Adam & Woolsey, Inc.; City representative is John Pietig, City Manager.
