Laguna Beach Library Buster Balloon Halloween Spooktacular is Tuesday October 18 2016 at 5:30pm.
Come see the show full of creepy comedy, spooky magic and wild balloon creations—the Library’s most popular performer Buster Balloon.
He’ll have your little monsters howling with laughter and screaming with delight.
Good little ghouls and boys should wear their costumes.
