The Ocean Institute Presents “Gaspar de Portola: First Governor of California from 6:00pm to 7:00pm.
Dr. Milt McMenamin PhD will be speakings about the California of the 1700s.
California was under the administration of Spain and its highest official- Gaspar de Portola.
Learn more about the legendary leader and his many adventures in New Spain.
