The City of San Juan Capistrano Tree Lighting Ceremony begins the San Juan Capistrano city wide Holiday Celebration that concludes at The Mission San Juan.
This is a San Juan Capistrano Family Friendly Holiday Event.
San Juan Capistrano Tree Lighting is at 4:00pm thru 5:45pm at Historic Town Center Park.
Historic Town Center Park is located at 31852 El Camino Real.
Festivities continue downtown at the Mission San Juan Capistrano and Historic District on Los Rios street.
San Juan Capistrano downtown restaurants and shops will stay open late for convenient holiday shopping and complimentary refreshments.
Stroll down to Los Rios Park for a free photo with Santa Claus, a Holiday Train Ride, Arts & Crafts, Story Time With Mrs. Claus, Living Nativity performances, and admission to ZOOMARS.
Musicians and String Quartets will be located throughout the area adding to the ambiance of the evening.
The Mission San Juan is located at 26801 Ortega Highway.
San Juan Capistrano Holiday Celebration Sustainability Transportation Solutions
The City of San Juan Capistrano is offering free shuttle service to residents and visitors attending this year’s Christmas Tree Lighting Celebration.
Shuttles will be available at the following Park & Ride locations:
San Juan Capistrano Community Center- 25925 Camino Del Avion
South Coast Church – 31501 Avenida Los Cerritos, J Serra Catholic High School – 26351 Junipero Serra Road
Public Park & Ride located just of the 5 freeway at Junipero Serra and Rancho Viejo Road.
Shuttles will stop at fixed OCTA bus stop locations along both shuttle routes.
