This workshop, led by practitioner Helene Anderson guides participants to release stress and create deep relaxation.
Anderson is a classically-trained singer and pianist who focuses her musical gifts with an intention to heal.
She is an Integrative CranioSacral Practitioner through the Life Energy Institute in Topanga, CA and a Certified Massage Therapist trained at I.P.S.B., the institute for Psycho-Structural Balancing.
