The Laguna Beach Heritage Committee meets Tuesday January 17 at 6:00pm.
The Committee meets at Susi Q Community Center.
The Laguna Beach Susi Q Community Center is located at 380 Third Street.

The Laguna Beach Heritage Committee Work Includes:
Evaluations of alterations to historic structures
Requests to place structures on the Historic Register
Recommendations of properties for Mills Act contracts
Proposed Discussion Items:
157 Chiquita Street- The applicant requests Heritage Committee approval to place the structure on the City’s Historic Register.
The structure is currently classified with a “K”-rating on the City’s Historic Inventory.
472 Holly Street- The applicant requests that the Heritage Committee review the application to remove the existing structure from the Historic Register and provide a recommendation to the City Council.
The structure is currently listed as a “K”-rated structure on the Historic Register.
A historic assessment has been provided by the applicant.
It appears that in the past the project was granted the following historic incentives: setback flexibility, fee refunds and two historic plaques.
