
Sherman Gardens presents Cooking with Edible Native Plants on Saturday January 21 2017 at 4:00pm.
Join Antonio Sanchez from Rancho Santa And Botanic Garden for an evening of exploration of California’s edible native plants.
Not only will Antonio discuss the basics of edible plant gardening and how it differs from traditional vegetable gardening but he will also share ten of the easiest edible native plants to grow in almost any garden or landscape.
Participants will sample seasonal dishes and Antonio will discuss how to grow the various plants found in the recipes.

Native Onion and Potatoes Dish Using Local Edible Bulbs, Onions and Wild Oregano
