The Laguna Art Museum Art Talk: San Diego Museum of Art Curator Ariel Plotek speaks about Light and Space Artist Larry Bell.

Larry Bell is most commonly known for his Minimalist sculptures — transparent cubes that thrive on the interplay of shape, light, and environment — that champion the ideas of the Light and Space Movement of the 1960s.

Dr. Plotek oversees Modern and Contemporary art at The San Diego Museum of Art.

His main area of expertise is 19th and 20th century painting and sculpture
