Campaign Contribution Reform

In connection with establishing the Campaign Finance and Ethics Commission in June 2016, the voters also approved an amended Orange County Campaign Reform Ordinance. Among other things, the amended Ordinance clarifies the formula for calculating adjustments of contribution limits.

Consider first reading of “An Ordinance of the County of Orange, California Amending Section 1-6-5 of the Codified Ordinances of the County of Orange Adjusting the Limitations on Campaign Contributions”; and set second reading and adoption for 2/28/17, 9:30 a.m.
