The Laguna Beach Sawdust Jewelry Art Class is Thursday February 23 2017.
The Laguna Beach Sawdust Festival hosts Art Classes on their grounds on select dates.
The Sawdust Art Festival is located at 935 Laguna Canyon Road.
The Sawdust Festival Water Casting Jewelry Art Class is from 6:00pm to 8:00pm.
This class is taught by Artist Erin Proctor.
In this workshop you will create unique and striking pieces by pouring molten silver into water.
This exciting and experimental casting technique will allow students to create beautiful abstract forms that can range from button or pearl-like shapes to dynamic splashes of silver.
Each student will have the opportunity to explore varied ways of melting and pouring in order to achieve the desired result, and will come away with a pair of dazzling earrings and/or a completely one of a kind pendant.
Please note: students 18 years or older; closed toe shoes/no open-toed sandals; and feel free to bring your own silver and gold to melt.
