California Congressman Darrell Issa is holding a Town Hall Meeting Saturday March 11 2017 in Oceanside California. Issa is the representative for California’s 49th District.
California’s 49th District includes Dana Point and parts of Northern San Diego.
Congressman Issa invites residents of California’s 49th District to attend in-person town hall meetings to discuss health care reform, local legislative priorities and other important issues.
They’re an opportunity to interact directly with your Member of Congress, share input, and ask questions of critical priority to San Diego and Orange Counties.
The Town Hall will be at the Junior Seau Beach Community Center in Oceanside California.
The Junior Seau Community Center is located at 300 North Strand in Oceanside.
There is pay Meter and parking structures in the area.
To accommodate as many constituents as possible, the events will be held in two separate sessions.
The first will be held at 8:30AM and the second at 10:00AM.

Reservations will be given on a first-come, first-served basis.
Invitees are invited to register for just one of the two sessions to give as many as possible the opportunity to participate.
Check-in will begin no more than 30 minutes prior to the event’s start time.
Each session will last roughly 45 minutes to an hour.
Audience members will have the opportunity to ask Congressman Issa questions, and he will have the opportunity to hear directly from the community in a large venue format.
Congressman Issa will be taking questions via Facebook and Twitter if time allows.

Congressman Darrell Issa last Town Hall Meeting was in Vista California on September 2 2009.
Protesters were a joke! The were 2 buses of protesters and did not appear to be from his district. Signs they had Issa had nothing to do with. For example “Resist” “Stand Against the Man” “Plan Parenthood Is Here”. Most of the protesters were angry but I don’t know why at Issa. Just because he is a Republican and Hollywood is so anti-Republican I assume and want to belong to a group. The whole thing makes no sense!!! The Town Hall Meeting is democracy in action. Dialogue between opposing views is needed but both sides must listen. Town Hall Meetings are good and you need to give Congressman Issa credit for having one!
