Laguna Outreach for the Arts (LOCA) Fabulous Fascinators Art Workshop is Thursday March 16 2017.
Fascinators are decorative hair ornaments that you can create out of recycled materials.
Project Runway Artist Brad Elsberry will teach attendees how to create original designs by using thermoplastics.
Thermoplastics is a sculpting medium used in theater and film set designs.
The wearable hat shapes will be decoratedusing hot glue and an array of fabulous embellishments.
LOCA Workshop is from 5:00pm to 7:00pm.
LOCA Members are Free and Non Members are $20.00 (payment thru Paypal)
