The Laguna Beach Free Trolleys are running on July 4 2017.
City trolleys will operate under a modified schedule and will run from 9:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Trolley frequency will be approximately every 20 minutes.
Residents are encouraged to take the free trolley rather than park downtown.
