Sharks: Myths Behind the Monster is the Focus of Dana Point’s July Science Night.
Dana Point Science Night is at The Dana Point Community Center at 6:30pm.
Please join in for a presentation from retired Doheny State Beach Supervising Ranger, Jim Serpa!
Jim has been a wealth of knowledge on sharks throughout the City of Dana Point for more than twenty years!
Jim Serpa will show you various species found in our local area, discuss recent Great White sightings at Orange County beaches, and give you an understanding on the importance of sharks in our ocean.
This will be fun for the whole family and a great opportunity to see several shark specimen up close!
The Dana Point Community Center is located at 34052 Del Obispo Street.

Generally, hands-on activities and/or displays will be present and geared towards children.
