The Laguna Beach Heritage Committee meets Monday September 18 2017 at 6:00pm.

The Committee meets at the Laguna Beach City Council Chambers.
The Laguna Beach City Council Chambers is located at 505 Forest Avenue.
The public is encouraged to attend.

The Laguna Beach Heritage Committee Work Includes:

Evaluations of alterations to historic structures

Requests to place structures on the Historic Register

Recommendations of properties for Mills Act contracts

Proposed Discussion Items Include:

405 El Camino Del Mar- The applicant requests Heritage Committee review and
recommendation to the City Council for a Mills Act contract.
The property is listed as an “K” rated structure on the City’s Historic Register.

631 Virginia Park– The applicant requests Heritage Committee review and recommendation to the City Council for a Mills Act contract.
The property is listed as an “E” rated structure on the City’s Historic Register.

466 Aster – The applicant requests Heritage Committee review and recommendation to the City Council for a Mills Act contract.
The property is listed as an “K” rated structure on the City’s Historic Register.

31706 Scenic Drive – The applicant requests Heritage Committee review and recommendation to the City Council for a Mills Act contract.
The property is listed as an “K” rated structure on the City’s Historic Register.
