The Council will be meeting at Dana Point City Council Chambers.
Closed Session at 5:00pm. Open Session at 6:00pm.

TEFRA Hearing for Caritas Corporation for Silver Lantern Apartments.
Silver Lantern Apartments located at 33951 Silver Lantern, supports the Housing Strategy as outlined in the Dana Point Housing Element, by supporting conservation and improvement of the existing housing stock of affordable housing and supporting housing for persons with disabilities.
This apartment complex was purchased with the specific intent to provide affordable housing for another non-profit, Friendship Shelter.
Friendship Shelter’s mission is to provide long term housing to individuals in critical need of housing.
The bonds will not be a debt of the City of Dana Point.
This is a conduit financing in which CMFA will be the issuer and the City bears no financial or legal liability for the bonds.

Dana Point Community Engagement

Dana Point City Council encourages the community to participate in the Public Comments portion of the meeting.

In order to conduct a timely meeting, there will be a three-minute time limit per person and an overall time limit of fifteen minutes.
