The Laguna Beach Drum Circle is a informal organic monthly event that encourages musicians, dancers, singers to come together under the full moon at the ocean.
The gathering is from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
Aliso Creek County Beach is located in South Laguna at 31131 Coast Hwy.
There is metered parking in the adjacent lot.
There is another parking lot across the street and a underground pedestrian tunnel.
Please follow public safety measures in the area.

Dear Jessica, So sorry about the mixup. There is no “official” organizer of the Drum Circle. It is a organic informal gathering on the Full Moon. The Farmers Almanac lists the Full Moon on Sunday August 26 2018. A local facebook page titled “Laguna Dumming” at https://www.facebook.com/groups/198785254400// has a lot of more information on this. Sometimes they look at the whole picture in determining the date that they want to gather. A recent post on their page has a person explaining why sometimes the dates are not on the official full moon day. “Since the zenith of the full moon is at 7:58am on Sun 8/26, the drum circle will take place the night before.” So with that in mind, when I am made aware that they have selected a different date, I try my best to use their date. So it appears Saturday August 25 2018 is the date of the drum circle. Some people decide to go on the actual Full Moon Night. It appears on postings on their Facebook Page that some people will be attending Saturday and some on Sunday. I have made corrections in my story to reflect Saturday August 25 2018 as the date of the Drum Circle.
