Surf City Splash is the annual Fundraiser for the Huntington Beach International Surfing Museum
Surf City Splash features a pancake breakfast,costume contest,Polar Bear Dip in the Pacific Ocean and all day Vendor Fair at the Huntington Beach Pier.
