Laguna Beach Planning Meeting Wednesday February 7 2018

The Laguna Beach Planning Commission meets Wednesday February 7 2018 at 6:00pm.

The Commission meets at City Council Chambers at 505 Forest Avenue.

The public is encouraged to attend.

The Commission will discuss various permits to be considered for various structures located within Laguna Beach.

Proposed Discussion Items Include:

Conditional Use Permit 17-2789 to establish and operate a retail store specializing in fine jewelry at 303 Broadway Street, Suite 103 (previously South Coast Real Estate Sales)

Conditional Use Permit 18-0098 to establish and operate a retail store specializing in the sale of olive oils, vinegars, associated gourmet food products, bath and body products and olive related home décor at 263 Forest Avenue (previously Trésor Rare)

Conditional Use Permit 17-0235 to allow indoor and outdoor live entertainment Monday through Friday from 5:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at 2794 South Coast Highway (Dizz’s As Is)
