Laguna Beach Thaila Street Beach Access Renovation Ribbon Cutting Ceremony Tuesday April 17 2018 at 4:00pm.
The City of Laguna Beach invites the community to a ribbon cutting ceremony for the opening of the newly renovated beach access at the end of Thalia Street.
The project consisted of replacing the stairway, overlook, landscaping, lighting, benches and bike racks.
