The Laguna Beach Downtown Specific Plan Update will be presented at the Laguna Beach Planning Commission meets Wednesday April 18 2018 at 6:00pm.
The Commission meets at City Council Chambers at 505 Forest Avenue.
The public is encouraged to attend.
The Commission will discuss various permits to be considered for various structures located within Laguna Beach.

Receive a presentation and discuss MIG’s proposed amendments to portions of Section V Land Use Districts.
The Planning Commission will review and discuss MIG’s recommended draft amendments to Section V: Land Use Districts of the existing DSP document.
Topics covered include: the intent and purpose of land use districts, permitted land uses/required entitlements, permit processes, findings and special findings for certain uses, allowable changes in permitted use category per City Council resolution, and definitions.
