Laguna Beach Design Review Meeting Thursday May 10 2018

The Laguna Beach Design Review Board meets Thursday May 10 2018 at 6:00pm.
The meeting will be at City Council Chambers located at 505 Forest Avenue.
The public is encouraged to attend.
Proposed Discussion Items Include:

Review and Discussion of various development projects on various streets in Laguna Beach.

Aliso Circle
Bay Drive
Camel Point Drive
Catalina Street
Center Street
Chiquita Street
Coast Highway
Hillcrest Drive
Holly Drive
North La Senda Drive
Loretta Drive
Temple Hills Drive
Terry Road
Van Dyke Drive

The proposed amendment will consider a variety of proposed revisions to Chapter 25.05.070, including, but not limited to, proposed revisions to the City Council’s review authority regarding decisions that are appealed to the City Council. The Design Review Board’s decision on this matter is advisory to the Planning Commission and City Council.
