Dana Point Harbor Water Wars is a annual 4th of July tradition.

Dana Point Harbor 4th of July Waters Wars is a Dana Point Free Family Friendly Event.

Participants head out in the main channel in boats ranging from small inflatables to 20+ foot fishing boats.

While there is not an official start time, small skirmishes can be seen throughout the day, while the epic scale battle happens around noon.

Participants can be seen of all ages, be warned anybody on the water is a fair target.

No Water Balloons
These plastic/ Rubber balloons pollute the water and kill fish.

Speed Limit
While a quick burst of speed most likely wont give you a ticket, you have to be in control at all times due to the mass amounts of people.

Life Jackets
You must have enough life jackets in your boat for all the people, even adults, and if your under 13 you must be wearing it.
