Orange County Beaches is experiencing elevated surf and strong rip currents Sunday October 14 2018.
The National Weather Service is advising to use caution when visiting Orange County Beaches Sunday October 14 2018.

The National Weather Service (NWS) in San Diego California advises that a long period of south-southwest swell from 210-220 degrees will generate elevated surf and strong rip currents through Sunday evening on October 14 2018.
The NWS predicts that Surf will reach 3 to 5 feet with local sets to 6 Feet.
The NWS states that the swell and surf will lower on Monday October 15 2018.

Elevated Surf and strong Rip Currents increases the risk of drowning.

Please obey posted warning signs and flags and talk to a lifeguard before
swimming.

Use caution when in or near the water and always swim near a lifeguard.
