San Clemente Public Hearings
Starbucks at 620 Avenida Pico: A request to modify the lighting mechanism for the building’s tower recess on the west and north facades. The conditions of approval restrict the lighting mechanism to an internally recessed LED strip and the applicant proposes to change the lighting mechanism to recessed lights located in the eave of the tower.
Fuel Shack at 360 Camino de Estrella: A request to allow the sale of beer and wine at a new restaurant and to allow evening group instruction of art and cooking classes to be held inside the restaurant.
114 and 116 Avenida Dolores: A request to allow a retaining wall up to six feet tall in the front setback area of 114 and 116 Avenida Dolores.
Plaza by the Sea at 610-628 Camino de Los Mares: A request to allow for a shared parking strategy at an existing commercial center containing a mix of commercial uses with varying peak parking demands.
