The meeting will be at City Council Chambers located at 505 Forest Avenue.

Bluebird SOCWA Lift Station
The Water Quality Department requests design review and a coastal development permit to install an odor facility in a 152 square-foot building at the Bluebird South Orange County Wastewater Authority (SOCWA) lift station. I
Improvements include repairing the existing stairs, adding a decomposed granite path and adding low growing landscaping.
Review and Discussion of various development projects on various streets in Laguna Beach.
