160 McAulay Place – The applicant requests that the Heritage Committee place the property on the Historic Register. The property was not identified on the 1981 Historic Inventory and a historic assessment has not been provided.
686 Anita Street – The applicant requests that the Heritage Committee upgrade the historic rating of a C-rated property on the City’s Historic Register.
664 S. Coast Highway – The applicant requests that the Heritage Committee review and make recommendations for design review for modifications to an K-rated structure on the City’s Historic Register. An SOIS review has not been provided.
