Laguna Beach Public Hearings

Continue the public hearing for the appeal of the Design Review Board denial of Variance 18-1284 to exceed the building height for a previously approved new single-family dwelling at 174 Nyes Place to the meeting of February 19, 2019.

Deny the appeal and sustain the Design Review Board’s conditional approval of Design Review 18-1910 and a Categorical Exemption at 8 Rockledge.
