The Laguna Beach Planning Commission meets Wednesday January 9 2019 at 6:00pm.
The Commission meets at City Council Chambers at 505 Forest Avenue.
The public is encouraged to attend.
The Commission will discuss various permits to be considered for various structures located within Laguna Beach.
Proposed Discussion Items Include:
Planning Commission Design Review 18-2226 to construct an ADA ramp in front of Suite 3 at 384 Forest Avenue
Moke Electric Vehicles at 980 North Coast Highway (previously Java to Go and Caffino’s).
Conditional Use Permit and an amendment to facilitate a proposed change of restaurant operator (Wild Taco) and allow beer and wine service at 188 South Coast Highway (previously Johnny Rockets).
Conditional Use Permit to establish and operate a retail store specializing in hemp-derived CBD products at 206 North Coast Highway (previously Main Beach Fine Art Gallery).
