369 Hawthorne Road- The applicant requests that the Heritage Committee review and make recommendations for design review for modifications to a K-rated structure on the City’s Historic Register. An SOIS review has been provided.
2110 Glenneyre Street – The applicant requests that the Heritage Committee review and make recommendations for design review for modifications to a C-rated structure on the City’s Historic Register. An SOIS review has not been provided. A variance is requested to encroach into the front setback.
1280 Roosevelt Drive – The applicant requests that the Heritage Committee review and make recommendations for design review for modifications to a C-rated structure listed on the 1981 Historic Inventory. An SOIS review has been provided.
4. 2760 Queda Way- The applicant requests that the Heritage Committee place the property on the Historic Register. The property was identified on the 1981 Historic Inventory with a K-rating.
