Laguna Beach Parking, Traffic and Circulation Committee meets Thursday April 25 2019 at 6:00pm.
The Committee meets at the Laguna Beach Community Center at 380 Third Street.
The public is encouraged to attend.
The Parking Traffic and Circulation Committee acts in an advisory capacity to the City Council on matters pertaining to parking, traffic, circulation, transit and traffic complaints.

Terrace Way Parking Restriction Update
Procedures for Recommending and Implementing Changes to Pacific Coast Highway and Laguna Canyon Road
Brooks Street: Request for Loading Zone on North Side of 100 Block of Brooks Street
The Committee will consider a request from the Police Department to convert two metered parking spots to 3 minute loading from 9:00 p.m. to 3:00 a.m.
Crestview Drive: Request to Change Parking Space by 2331 Crestview Drive to Compact Parking Only
The Committee will consider a request by the owner of the property at 2331 Crestview to convert the public parking space in front of the property to a compact only parking space.
South Coast Highway: Request to Convert Meter Spaces in Front of 184 South Coast Highway (Starbucks) to Short Term Parking
The Committee will consider a request from Starbucks to convert metered spaces in front of the store to short term parking to offset parking concerns created by the conversion of Ocean Avenue to a one-way street.
