Art and Story Time is a weekly series for children 5 and under.
Every Monday will feature a different book read aloud plus a hands-on art project. There may even be special surprise visits from illustrators, story characters, and more. Fun for children and their parents!
Free with Festival admission. Children 5 and under get in free every day at the Festival of Arts.

There are 8 public parking lots in the City of Laguna Beach.
Prices : $10-15 all day with slight increases on weekends and holidays.
Meters:
The City of Laguna Beach has ample metered parking on Laguna Canyon Road and within the city streets.
Meters Pricing:
$2-3 per hour for a 3 hour maximum in the downtown area.
The meters accept most credit cards.
Parking is strictly enforced daily from 8:00am-9:00pm.
Pay lots ($8 – $12/day) around downtown Laguna Beach
The Festival of the Arts is a 5 – 10 minute walk from downtown Laguna, Main Beach and the other Laguna Beach art festivals.
