The Rodeo is conducted at the Rancho Mission Viejo Riding Park located at 30753 La Pata Avenue in San Juan Capistrano.
The Park is located at the intersection of Ortega Highway and Antonio Parkway/La Pata.

Celebrating the “Rancho period” of early California history and the traditions of the American West, the Rancho Mission Viejo Rodeo is committed to the preservation of the cowboy way of life.
As stewards of one of the last remaining California “Ranchos,” the Rancho Mission Viejo family is proud of its ranching heritage and strives to hold dear to the authentic and honest values held by the American cowboy.

This year marks the 19th Annual Rancho Mission Viejo Rodeo.
Over the course of the last years, proceeds from the Rodeo have resulted in a more than $1.9 million in total charitable contributions to local charities, including Camino Health Center and The Shea Center for Therapeutic Riding, both located in San Juan Capistrano, CA.

As a sanctioned Professional Rodeo Cowboys Assn.PRCA event, the Rancho Mission Viejo Rodeo is committed to following the rules for the care and treatment of rodeo livestock including equipment uses, the time allowed for competition, the condition of the facilities, and .more
