California Stay At Home Order Is Still In Affect
To reduce overcrowding, the City is requesting that non-residents abide by the Governor’s stay at home orders, due to limited parking availability in San Clemente.
San Clemente Regulations When Visiting The Beach
San Clemente Permitted Activities
(including, but not limited to)
Walking/running/jogging
Ocean recreation: swimming, SUP, surfing, bodyboarding, skim boarding, kayaking
Physical activity which keeps individuals in non-stationary active motion
Temporarily Non Permitted Activities
Gathering of groups of ten (10) or more
Picnics
Settling in place
Setting up chairs and staying in place
Beach towels, blankets, etc. use for settling in place
Loitering
Volleyball courts closed
Picnic pavilions and palapas are closed
BBQ and fire rings are closed

Camino Capistrano (Poche Beach) – metered parking closed on Camino Capistrano
North Beach – parking lot closed; metered parking closed: Boca de La Playa cul-de-sac and W. Avenida Pico closed, Calle Deshecha is closed.
Mariposa Point – parking prohibited from Mariposa to Avenida Paloma (south side)
Linda Lane – parking lot and all metered parking closed
Pier Bowl – parking lots closed; Avenida Del Mar on-street parking closed, both sides from Calle Seville to Avenida Victoria, Metered parking closed both sides of Avenida Victoria to Pasadena Court/Avenida Cazador
Community Center – parking lot closed
T-Street – metered parking closed: W. Paseo De Cristobal to La Rambla (coastal side); Esplande (La Rambla to W. Paseo De Cristobal)
Calafia – metered parking closed

North Beach – Trail and Beach access Closed
Dije Court – Open (beach access stairway from beach trail closed)
El Portal – Open (beach access stairway from beach trail closed)
