Allocate $75 million in CARES Act funding equally between the five supervisorial districts for economic support initiatives in response to COVID-19
Confirm California Department of Government Services definition of “small business” and authorize Board of Supervisors’ members to establish definitions by region or district
Approve available options for distribution of CARES Act funding related to small business economic recovery
Authorize County Executive Officer to negotiate and execute contract as needed with Orange County Small Business Development Center; and provide direction to staff
