Orange County California Property Taxes Due Thursday December 10 2020.

Orange County Tax Collector Shari Freidenrich reminds Orange County property owners that the first installment of property taxes is due no later than Thursday December 10 2019.

The 1st Installment becomes delinquent at close of business on Thursday December 10 2020.

Mailed payments must be postmarked on or before this date with a U.S. Postmark.
Payments must be completed on their website by midnight on December 10 2020 to be considered timely.
All late payments will be charged a 10% delinquency penalty.

Taxpayers can make payments using this method up to midnight on December 10 2020 by going to OCGOV

Taxpayers can also include their e-mail address to have their payment receipt e-mailed directly to them.

In Person Payments Monday thru Friday at 8:00am-5:00pm

Property Tax Relief For Small Businesses and Residents During COVID-19 Pandemic Information Is Online

An option exists to delay your first and second installment payments if you meet certain criteria, such as operating a small business or living in your home and are unable to deliver your payment by December 10 2020 and/or April 12, 2021.

Orange County Treasurer Shari. L. Freidenrich explains, “We encourage these taxpayers who qualify to complete a penalty cancellation request, include a check for the secured base tax amount and pay as soon as they can, but no later than May 6, 2021
