Fireworks at Monument Point at 9:00pm
The Monument Point Area will be closed all day Monday July 4 2022
5:00pm: Heisler Park from the Rock Bench at Myrtle Street to the Rockpile Beach stairs at Jasmine Street will be closed to the public to allow for fireworks preparation.
5:45pm: Orange County Coastal Flyover consisting of four AT-6 aircraft World War II trainers will take place along the participating coastal cities of Huntington Beach, Newport Beach, Laguna Beach, Dana Point and San Clemente.
9:00pm:
The City fireworks show will begin at approximately 9:00pm
Laguna Beach: A Day at the Beach Rules
The public is expected to observe all City park and beach rules, including:
No alcohol on the beach
No Smoking In Public Spaces
No tents, canopies (over 6 ft X 6 ft) or barbeques are allowed in City beaches or parks.
No fireworks of any kind are allowed in Laguna Beach.
The Laguna Beach Police and Fire Departments will be strictly enforcing the fireworks prohibition.
No dogs are allowed on City beaches from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. during the summer season, which extends from June 15 through September 10.
All OC Park trails will be closed at sunset.

City Trolleys will operate under a modified schedule, the Coastal Route will run from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., the Canyon Route from 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Members of the Police and Public Works Departments will be conducting increased traffic control to facilitate the flow of vehicles out of town.
As part of this effort, the center lane of Laguna Canyon Road, between Canyon Acres and El Toro Road, will be reversed to add an additional northbound traffic lane.
The cooperation of all residents and visitors is greatly appreciated.
Laguna Beach All Day Public Parking:
There are 8 public parking lots in the City of Laguna Beach.
The City of Laguna Beach has ample metered parking on Laguna Canyon Road and within the city streets.
Parking is strictly enforced daily from 8:00am-9:00pm.
