9:15am-10:15am: DJ Music from LA Radio broadcast live on their station

10:15am: Announcements, recognition of sponsors and volunteers, speeches and awards

10:45am: Appearances by City Dignitaries and the Chamber of Commerce

11:15am: Costume Contest judging and awards

11:45am: Water Safety presentation by HB Lifeguards

12:00pm Noon: Participants lineup on the sand for the SPLASH

After the SPLASH – announcement of raffle and auction winners!
