Irvine at 8:30am: Orange County Fire Authority (OCFA) Remembrance of 9/11
Ceremony Features Bell Ringing Ceremony/Honor Guard/Speakers and the Center’s 9/11 Memorial.

Yorba Linda at 11:00am-12:00pm: Remembering 9/11 at Nixon Library
Nixon Library is located at 18001 Yorba Linda Blvd.
Special indoor ceremony to honor the victims of September 11, 2001, on the anniversary of the 9/11 attacks.
This remembrance ceremony includes remarks by: OCSD Sheriff Don Barnes and OCFA Fire Chief Brian Fennessy.
Retired NYPD Officer, Marc Manfro, who was a first responder in New York City on 9/11.
This program also features a special performance by the Orange County Fire Authority Pipes and Drums, Presentation of Colors, and performances from the Villa Park High School Band, Orange High School Chamber Singers and the OC Master Chorale.
While this is a free event, this ticket does not include admission into the museum galleries.

Mission Viejo at 5:30pm-7:00pm:Mission Viejo Patriot Day Ceremony
Meet at Oso Creek Trailhead Memorial Flagpole (next to the Potocki Center of the Arts lower parking lot) located at 27301 La Paz Road.
The public is invited.
Residents are encouraged to walk or ride their bikes to the site along the Oso Creek Trailhead.

Huntington Beach at 6:00pm: Huntington Beach Patriot’s Day Ceremony
Huntington Beach Pier Plaza located 401 Coast Highway (At Main Street)
The City of Huntington Beach and American Legion Huntington Beach Post 133 presents the Patriot’s Day Ceremony.
Mayor Van Der Mark, along with HB public safety personnel, will lead in honoring & remembering the lives lost and those injured in the September 11 2001 terrorist attacks. Huntington Beach will also pay tribute to the incredible bravery of the firefighters, police officers, & civilians who showed extraordinary heroism on that tragic day.

Features Color Guard Presentation/ Fire Department Speakers/Police Department Speakers/City Representatives
Orange City Hall Is Located at 300 East Chapman Avenue
