5:00pm: Main Street “Monster March”: Join the parade as ghouls, ghosts, and creatures of the night take over Main Street in a frightfully fun march!
5:30pm: HB Downtown Halloween Costume Contest : Show off your scariest, funniest, or most creative costume for a chance to win fantastic prizes!
4:00pm-7:00pm: Meet and Greet: Don’t miss the chance to grab a treat and meet friends from HB Fire Department, HB Police Department, Marine Safety, Republic Services, and more!
4:00pm-7:00pm: Hang Ten on the Boo Wave: Benefitting Waymakers: Ride the thrilling Boo Wave for a charitable cause, supporting Waymakers.
