5:00pm: The Monument Point Area at Heisler Park will be closed to prepare for the Fireworks Show Friday July 4 2024.
The portion of Heisler Park from Myrtle Street to the Rockpile Beach stairs at Jasmine Street will be closed to the public
Sawdust Art Festival Open at 11:00am-4:00pm
Art A Fair Open at 10:00am-6:00pm
5:45pm: Orange County Coastal Flyover consisting of four AT-6 aircraft World War II trainers will take place along the participating coastal cities of Huntington Beach, Newport Beach, Laguna Beach, Dana Point and San Clemente.
9:00pm-9:30pm: Fireworks Show at Heisler Park

Laguna Beach A Day At The Beach Rules
The public is expected to observe all City park and beach rules, including:
No alcohol on the beach
No Smoking In Public Spaces
No single-use plastics are allowed on beaches, trails, or in parks
No private drone use from Main Beach to Crescent Bay
No tents, canopies (over 6 ft X 6 ft) or barbeques are allowed in City beaches or parks.
No fireworks of any kind are allowed in Laguna Beach.
The Laguna Beach Police and Fire Departments will be strictly enforcing the fireworks prohibition.
No dogs are allowed on City beaches from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. during the summer season, which extends from June 15 through September 10.
All OC Park trails will be closed at sunset.
