San Clemente Downtown Holiday Celebrations Parking
Parking will be limited for San Clemente Holiday Celebrations on Avenida Del Mar.
Avenida Del Mar will be closed to traffic and parking the day of the event.
Additional parking will be available at the San Clemente Outlets.
San Clemente Outlets Is Located At 101 W Avenida Vista Hermosa
The San Clemente Trolley Red Line will make regular stops at the Outlets and Community Center.
The San Clemente Trolley Red Line will run until 10:00pm.
Take The San Clemente Free Trolley
12/6/25 Santa’s Village by the Sea Operations: Red Line and Green Line will be running 3:00pm-10:00pm.
When Avenida Del Mar is closed due to large special events, trolley drop-off/pick-up areas will be available at the following locations:
Ola Vista and Avenida Victoria
Avenida Del Mar and Calle Seville
Ola Vista and Avenida Cabrillo
San Clemente Community Center is located at 100 North Calle Seville
